Does This Sound Like You?
--> You don’t like that you’re starting to feel "your age."
--> Stairs, luggage or the driveway leave you more winded than they used to.
--> Past injuries, back pain or arthritis make you nervous about lifting.
--> Group classes move too fast and never quite fit you.
--> A big commercial gym feels crowded, loud and impersonal.
--> What you used to do to get back in shape isn’t working anymore.
--> You’ve been told to start strength training, but not where to begin.
-->Your body is starting to hold you back from things you love to do.
If you said yes to any of those, you're in the right place.
We coach adults in their 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s people with histories, limitations and lives outside the gym. Training here is built around that, not in spite of it.

ONE HONEST QUESTION

IF ALL THIS DID WAS
help you wake up with more energy and less stiffness
…would it be worth it?
IF ALL THIS DID WAS

…would it be worth it?
IF ALL THIS DID WAS
give you the confidence to exercise without worrying about an old injury
…would it be worth it?
IF ALL THIS DID WAS
help you get down on the floor with your grandkids and back up without a second thought
…would it be worth it?
IF ALL THIS DID WAS
give you a routine you could finally stick with
…would it be worth it?

Started seeing Sam for personal training to rehab a knee injury. A year later am feeling the best I’ve felt physically in years and have kept up my training with him every week.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
The Questions We Get Asked Most
I haven’t trained in years. Am I too far behind to start?
No. Most people who start here haven’t trained consistently in a long time. Your program starts at your current strength, not at someone else’s.
What if I have an injury or a joint that bothers me?
Tell us at the consult. Our coaching team comes from physiotherapy and strength backgrounds, and exercises are selected and modified around what your body can do safely today.
How is this different from a group fitness class?
A class gives everyone the same workout and you keep up or fall behind. Here, everyone in the room follows their own program and your coach is coaching you through yours.
Do I need a gym membership as well?
No. Your training sessions happen in our private studio, and there’s no separate membership to buy.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Training is month to month.
How is it different from one-on-one personal training?
You still get a personalized program and a coach in the room with you. The difference is you share that coach with at most two other people, which is what makes the monthly cost lower.
What if I travel or have to miss a week?
Let your coach know ahead of time and we’ll work your schedule out with you rather than leaving you to catch up on your own.
What should I bring to my first session?
Indoor training shoes, comfortable clothes you can move in and water. We’ll take care of the rest.
